The Rocca Fiorita apartment is a two-room apartment located on the first floor in a condominium with an independent external entrance. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for couples or small families, who want to experience the mountains at 360 °. The apartment is located in front of the Baradello ski slope a few steps from all the services, shops and restaurants where you can enjoy excellent typical dishes, bars and pubs for excellent aperitifs in company.

The ski bus stop is right under the house, so you can visit Aprica or go to the departures of the other two ski slopes in the town, Palabione and Magnolta. In summer, for those who want to immerse themselves in nature and sports, the town offers numerous itineraries. The Rocca Fiorita apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday, being equipped with: kitchenette with induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, as well as small appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The furnishings are completed by a stone fireplace powered by bioethanol, a sofa bed with a 22cm queen-size memory mattress, a washing machine, a smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

Only small dogs are allowed to stay and we will offer them bowls and pillows, we will provide covers to preserve the furniture, for them we will ask for an extra cleaning fee to ensure the highest quality of service also for subsequent guests.
